The Dogwood Springs HOA is a member of the Dogwood Springs Water Supply Corporation (DSWSC) which provides potable water to our community.   

Our HOA residents will have a DSWSC box on the residence's curbside which is the water meter.  This is property of the DSWSC and should not be accessed, repaired or modified by residents or residents’ contractors.  Residents are required to provide a positive shut off valve on the resident-side of the water meter box  and in close proximity to the water meter(see picture below). This can allow residents or residents’ contractors to shut off the water supply to a home for repairs using the residence-side shut off valve and without accessing the DSWSC supplier-side water meter box.

If there is a water delivery concern, please contact DSWSC immediately and notify them.  Under no circumstance should you try to repair or modify the plumbing in the DSWSC water meter box regardless of whether service is required on the resident-side or supplier-side of the meter.
